38fans.com was created in the vacuum caused by the retirement of another site by the name of Vanguardspheres.com that the administrators of this site toiled over for many years. It was created with the hope that Green Monster Games, soon to be 38 Studios had the vision, drive and passion to pull off what Vanguard had failed to do, which was present a fresh new, never before seen IP to the gaming community and take the world by storm. Today many years after the site was first launched in May of 2007, the administrators of 38fans.com believe that 38 Studios and Big Huge Games have stayed true to their course and are well on their way to fulfilling our hopes. To that end, we continue to stand watch and wait for the day when the first of their many games reaches the gaming market and we can all experience the magical world of Amalur and carve out our small piece of this amazing world.
