And now a community relations manager position? Gosh darn them for not having telecommute! After a decade of managing Bobs forums, I've worked with everyone from movie directors, to comic book artists, authors, Sony Entertainment for giveaways, sports people, I've picked up some experience regarding dealing with communities of people.
And heck, Salvatores community has grown in size by 2000% in the last 5 years. Fairly good growth, considering alot of communities seem to be shrinking.
