Summary

Big Huge Games is looking for an Associate Producer to support the development team, coordinate short and long-term planning, and facilitate company-wide communication.

Position Responsibilities

* Work with cross-departmental functional teams to help scope, plan and schedule work using Scrum processes.
* Support development team as needed to ensure that quality bar and delivery schedules are met.
* If required, coordinate assignments and feedback with outsourced developers.


Knowledge, Skills & Ability Requirements

Knowledge

* Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Project, Word, and Outlook.
* Familiar with SCRUM and Waterfall development processes.
* Have an understanding of game development, including production pipelines, developer tools, localization, QA, submission and build processes.


Competencies

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated and strongly driven to make a AAA game.


Experience

* Minimum of 1-2 years of applicable industry experience, preferably with at least one shipped title.
