Would you like to become part of the team that includes the creative visionaries behind Drizzt Do’Urden and Spawn? 38 Studios is currently seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator to join our IT department. This is a full-time time position with competitive salary, full benefits and 401k, and the chance to be part of online gaming history!

Position Responsibilities

* Reporting to the Director of IT, the ideal candidate will administer and optimize key servers, including Windows, Exchange, and Perforce
* Administer bug-tracking server and clients
* Participate in defining technology roadmap for the corporate IT services across multiple locations
* Provide second level of network maintenance, optimization, and support
* Provide higher-tier user and client support

Knowledge, skills & ability requirements

* Knowledge: Are you a Windows AD/GPO guru? Do you love maintaining Perforce? Is Exchange administration the most fun you've ever had?
* Competencies: Must be highly proficient with Windows server administration including AD, AD migration, and Group Policy management
1. Exchange server administration, including migration
2. Perforce server administration and optimization, as well as client troubleshooting and support
3. Bug-tracking software administration - Bugzilla, DevTrack, Visual Studio Team, TestTrack Pro, or similar
* Experience: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years high-level Windows server administration in a fast-paced, game-industry, software development environment. Familiarity with Linux server administration is a plus
